Do Not Disturb!

We had a great day of travel. We woke up to sunny skys for the first time in over a week and I was looking forward to riding without my insulated base layer on.

Our destination for the day was “Anywhere USA” We arrived at the border around 3:00 or so, Mert went in to duty-free, then we set the cruise on 65, headed South on highway 97 to 17 with Moses lake in our sights. Three hours later we arrived at the Sunset RV Park and quickly set up for a relaxing evening. What’s on the menu for the 4th? Steak, potato, corn, garlic bread and a cold beer!

We were told that we could see the fireworks from a hill on the property but I know for a fact that I will be 10 toes up before that happens.

Tomorrow we head to Kennewick to pick up the Triumph. I’ll send some pics of the new ride in the next post.
